How to connect the Web Search & Scraper MCP Tool to Claude Desktop

Fetches any publicly accessible URL and returns a complete SEO signal report with metadata, tags, heading structure, and links. This guide provides the exact configuration required to load the agentic_web_search tool inside Claude Desktop.

Step 1: Open the configuration file

Locate and open your Claude Desktop configuration file at the following path:

macOS / Linux~/Library/Application Support/Claude/claude_desktop_config.json

Step 2: Add the server config
